A 16-year-old boy was killed by gunfire while participating in a military training for the Houthi militia in Al Hudaydah Governorate (western Yemen).
Local sources said that the child (Ismail Blihi - 16 years old) was killed on Sunday by a gunshot while participating in a military maneuver carried out by the Houthi militia in the At Tuhayat District, south of Hodeidah.
The sources added that the child was killed during a military maneuver carried out by the militia in the Al-Fars area, southwest of the Al-Madman area, in the At-Tuhayta Directorate.
The incident came two days after a student in Ibb Governorate was shot while participating in a Houthi military training session inside a school in Al-Sayani District, south of the governorate.
It is noteworthy that the Houthi militia, while continuing to exploit the Israeli war on Gaza, continues to hold military courses targeting all segments of society in the areas under its control within the framework of what it calls “general mobilization.”
