The Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), announced today, Sunday, that it killed and wounded Israeli soldiers in a complex operation in the city of Rafah, while the Israeli bombing caused martyrs in Gaza City and the Nuseirat and Jabalia camps.

The Palestinian resistance bombed the city of Ashkelon in the Gaza Strip and Israeli military fortifications in the Netzarim axis in the middle of the Strip. In return, the Israeli occupation army organized a press tour of tunnels that it said belonged to the Qassam Brigades in Rafah.

The International Court of Justice announced that Chile has notified it of its request to join the genocide case filed by South Africa against Israel, due to its war on Gaza.

Hamas on Wednesday reiterated its readiness to immediately implement the ceasefire agreement based on US President Joe Biden’s declaration on May 31, UN Security Council Resolution 2735, and what was previously agreed upon, without setting any new demands, and rejecting any new conditions from any party.

The Government Information Office in Gaza reported that 14 people were killed in an Israeli airstrike on the Al-Jaouni School, which is run by the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) and is housing displaced people in the Nuseirat camp.

Seven Palestinians, including three children and two women, were killed in an Israeli bombardment that targeted a house in Jabalia al-Balad, north of the Gaza Strip.

The Civil Defense in Gaza said, "65 displaced persons were rescued, including martyrs and wounded, in the Mawasi Khan Yunis massacre, and rescue operations are ongoing."

UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said the "destruction and death" in the Gaza Strip is the "worst" he has seen during his tenure in his current position, which he assumed in 2017.

The European Union's foreign policy chief, Josep Borrell, said on Monday that the European Union could exert political and diplomatic pressure on Israel to demand a ceasefire in Gaza.

On Monday, Israeli army vehicles and tanks made a limited incursion northeast of the Nuseirat camp in the central Gaza Strip, while its aircraft launched raids on a mosque, homes and lands, killing 11 Palestinians and wounding others.
