A woman dies after being run over by a military vehicle belonging to the Transitional Council in Aden

A woman died on Monday after being run over by a military vehicle belonging to the Transitional Council forces in the interim capital, Aden, in southern Yemen.

Human rights sources said that the young woman, "Hanan Nasr Abdo", was run over on Monday morning by a military vehicle belonging to the Transitional Forces, in front of Aden Hospital in the city of Crater in the Directorate of Seera, which led to her crashing into the sidewalk and she was transferred to the hospital, but she died.

The sources explained that the young woman, who works in Aden Security, was on her way to the hospital to conduct tests on her child, noting that her body is still in the Republic Hospital awaiting the arrival of her husband from Shabwa.

In recent years, incidents of running over civilians by military vehicles have increased in Aden and areas controlled by the Transitional Council forces.
