The Israeli Broadcasting Corporation reported on Monday that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was evacuated to a fortified area in a hospital in the northern city of Hadera, after sirens sounded warning of rockets being fired from Lebanon.

Earlier on Monday, Netanyahu visited a number of Golani Brigade soldiers injured in a drone explosion launched by Hezbollah on Sunday at a training base in the Binyamina area south of Haifa, killing four soldiers and wounding dozens more.

The Broadcasting Authority said, "When Netanyahu was at the hospital, sirens sounded, which prompted his guards to quickly evacuate him to a fortified area, amid a state of tension and alert," without further details.

According to the authority, there are still 41 soldiers from the Golani Brigade receiving treatment in a number of hospitals as a result of the explosion of the march inside the dining hall while they were eating dinner at the training base in Binyamina.

She explained that among the injured, six soldiers were in critical condition and seven were in moderate condition. Hezbollah announced on Sunday that it had carried out a qualitative and complex operation, after launching swarms of drones towards different areas in Acre and Haifa.

Hezbollah publishes operation targeting Golani

The Lebanese Hezbollah party published photos of the targeting of a group of Golani Brigade forces last Sunday evening while they were in the dining hall at a training base near Binyamina, south of the city of Haifa.

The video showed the party monitoring, using an interactive map, the Rafhaim base, which it said was the main headquarters for training the Golani Brigade and that it was 66 kilometers from the border.

The operation began with what the party called the "air defenses engagement operation," which included the launch of a batch of missiles followed by the launch of up to six drones.

The video included images circulated by Israelis of soldiers rushing into the street and trying to take cover from the attacks, while dozens of ambulances crowded their way to the site of the strike.

The video also included images of helicopters at the targeted location and traces of blood on the base floor.

One of Hezbollah's drones penetrated Israeli air defenses and fell among the dining tables, making it the "last supper" for 4 Israeli soldiers who were killed, in addition to wounding 67 others.

Hezbollah indicated that the drones "were able to penetrate the Israeli air defense radars without being detected and reached their target in a training camp for the elite Golani Brigade in the Binyamina area south of the occupied city of Haifa, and exploded in the rooms where dozens of Israeli enemy officers and soldiers were preparing to participate in the attack on Lebanon, including senior officers, which resulted in the killing and wounding of dozens."

Meanwhile, Hezbollah said after midnight that the total number of its operations against the Israeli occupation on Monday reached 33 operations, distributed between launching missiles towards Israeli military sites and confronting the occupation army’s attempts to penetrate southern Lebanon.
