22 Palestinians martyred.. A new Israeli massacre targets the tents of the displaced in Al-Aqsa Hospital

Several Palestinian citizens were killed and injured on Sunday/Monday night when the Israeli occupation bombed the tents of the displaced inside the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in the city of Deir al-Balah and a school housing displaced people in the Nuseirat camp in the central Gaza Strip.

Medical sources reported the death and injury of a number of citizens as a result of the occupation targeting the tents of the displaced inside the hospital, noting that fires broke out in a number of tents as a result of the occupation's bombing.

A spokesman for Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital explained that there are large numbers of martyrs and wounded as a result of the occupation's bombing of the displaced people's tents in the hospital.

He pointed out that the hospital's reception area was filled with wounded due to the large numbers.

22 Palestinians, including 15 children and a woman, were killed and about 80 others were injured on Sunday/Monday night when Israeli artillery shelled a school housing displaced people in the Nuseirat camp in the central Gaza Strip.

Al-Awda Hospital reported in a statement that 22 Palestinians were killed and others were injured as a result of the Israeli bombing that targeted the school.

Eyewitnesses confirmed that the bombing targeted the “Mufti” school in the Nuseirat camp, which houses thousands of displaced Palestinians.

Eyewitnesses and medical sources said that among the martyrs and wounded were children and women, who were transferred to Al-Awda and Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospitals in the central Gaza Strip.

The occupation forces targeted many schools housing displaced persons during the past months, committing massacres against civilians inside them, especially women and children.

Since the beginning of the Israeli war on the Gaza Strip, the Palestinians have been facing the suffering of displacement, as the Israeli occupation army orders the residents of residential areas and neighborhoods to evacuate them in preparation for bombing, destroying, and penetrating them.

During their displacement, Palestinians are forced to seek refuge in the homes of their relatives or acquaintances, and some set up tents in the streets, schools, or other places such as prisons and amusement parks, under difficult humanitarian conditions where there is no sufficient water or food, and diseases spread.

With American support, the ongoing Israeli genocide in Gaza for a year has left more than 140,000 Palestinian martyrs and wounded, and more than 10,000 missing, amid massive destruction and famine that has killed dozens of children and elderly people.

Tel Aviv continues its massacres, ignoring the UN Security Council resolution to end them immediately, and the International Court of Justice’s orders to take measures to prevent acts of genocide and improve the catastrophic humanitarian situation in Gaza.
