The Yemeni embassy in Beirut announced today, Wednesday, that it was not possible to operate a flight to evacuate citizens wishing to leave Lebanon, calling for communication with it to provide an alternative solution by traveling by land to Syria and Jordan.
The embassy said in a statement published today on its account on the “X” platform: “We would like to inform you that the embassy is making great efforts to organize a trip for those wishing to travel, but it was not possible to achieve this goal.”
She added, "For those who were unable to obtain a commercial flight reservation, we looked for an alternative solution, which is to travel by land to Syria, and then to Jordan (transit visa)."
The embassy called on those wishing to travel by land to register their names and phone numbers and send a copy of their passports "today (Wednesday) to take advantage of the time in contacting the Syrian and Jordanian embassies to obtain the required visas."

Since September 23, Israel has launched the "most violent and extensive" attack on Lebanon since the beginning of the confrontations with Hezbollah about a year ago, which has resulted, until Wednesday, in no less than 1,073 deaths, including children and women, 2,955 wounded, and more than a million displaced, according to data from the Lebanese authorities.
In contrast, sirens continue to sound at an unprecedented rate across Israel, following heavy Hezbollah firing of missiles, drones and artillery shells targeting military sites and settlements, amid a strict Israeli blackout on human and material losses, according to observers.
