Lahj: A child was injured as a result of shelling by Houthi militias in "Wadi Rishan"

A child was injured on Tuesday evening as a result of the terrorist Houthi militia’s shelling of populated areas in Al-Hadd District, Lahj Governorate, southern Yemen.

Local sources told Yemen Youth Net that the Houthi militia targeted citizens' homes in Wadi Rishan in Al-Had Yafa' District in Lahj Governorate with mortar shells on Tuesday.

She added: "The child, Akram Saleh Mohammed Saleh, was injured in his hand by shrapnel, as a result of the Houthi militia's shelling of the area, noting that he was transferred to a health center to receive treatment.

The terrorist Houthi militia bombs villages and populated areas in Al-Hada Yafa from time to time, while intermittent clashes erupt between the Transitional Forces and the Houthi militia on the fronts of the directorate.
