The National Alliance stresses the necessity of correcting the course and achieving victory for the gains of the Yemeni revolutions

The National Alliance of Parties and Political Components Supporting Yemeni Legitimacy stressed the importance of correcting the course and unifying the forces opposing the coup and moving forward to ensure the restoration of the state and ending the Houthi rebellion and its ridiculous theory that it clings to to rule the people by force.

The coalition said in a statement on the occasion of the 61st anniversary of the glorious October 14 Revolution, "It and the Yemeni people are continuing to achieve victory for the gains of the Yemeni revolutions recorded in the records of glory and high honor (September, October and November)."

The statement added, "These goals have become more entrenched and steadfast in the face of narrow projects aimed at undermining them in one way or another," stressing that this matter requires everyone to emphasize that any efforts to establish peace must be based on the three references, disarming the Houthi militias, and preserving the legal status of the state.

He continued, "The Yemeni people are preparing once again to celebrate this pivotal day in their glorious history, the day that put the country on the right path towards a unified, independent national state, when the Yemenis ignited its first sparks from the peaks of the lofty Radfan Mountains against the British occupier, to embody the revolutionary action of the national movement by ending a long era of colonialism and tyranny, and the departure of the last colonizer from the south of the country on November 30, 1967."

The statement added: "We stand in reverence and respect for the free fighters who rose up to resist the occupier with unparalleled responsibility, and a determination that accepts nothing but liberation, and who gave their lives cheaply to achieve freedom and independence," renewing the call for all state institutions to return to the homeland and exercise their duties from the temporary capital, Aden.

The National Alliance stressed the need for the government to reduce corruption and waste of public money, and improve the living conditions of the citizen, who still has hope that the state will do its utmost to bring about a decent life and provide basic services, in light of the difficult circumstances that everyone is experiencing without exception.

He called on the government to quickly find solutions to ensure the regular payment of salaries to employees, the army and the security forces, as a necessary right that cannot be evaded under any pretext, due to the repercussions that would harm the course of the comprehensive confrontation in the battle for liberation and the restoration of the state.

The 61st anniversary of the October 14 Revolution is upon us, and our Yemeni people are preparing once again to celebrate this pivotal day in their glorious history, the day that put our country on the right path towards a unified, independent national state, when the Yemenis ignited its first sparks from the peaks of the lofty Radfan Mountains against the British occupier, to embody the revolutionary action of the national movement by ending a long era of colonialism and tyranny, and the departure of the last colonizer from the south of the homeland on November 30, 1967. On this great occasion engraved in the conscience of every free revolutionary, we stand in reverence and respect for the free fighters who rose up to resist the occupier with unparalleled responsibility, and a determination that accepts nothing but liberation, and gave their lives cheaply to achieve freedom and independence. We extend our highest congratulations to the masses of the Yemeni people and their political leadership represented by the Presidential Leadership Council and the government. We also pay tribute to the struggle of the armed forces, security forces and the popular resistance, who have shouldered the task of restoring the state for ten years, and are still providing the most wonderful lessons. The victorious October 14 Revolution was an extension of the September 26 Revolution, as a natural result of the unity of the revolution and the unity of the free men of the two immortal revolutions, and their adherence to their great homeland and the inevitability of its liberation, renaissance and independence, as the two revolutions united the fragments of the national struggle and raised the collective consciousness, thus triumphing over the tyranny regime in the north and the occupation in the south.
