The Houthi coup militia has begun implementing measures aimed at re-dividing the administrative division of Amran Governorate and establishing new directorates for the benefit of its terrorist project.
According to the Saba news agency, which is under the control of the militia in Sana'a, the so-called Council of Ministers affiliated with the militia approved the establishment of a new directorate called "Bakil Al-Sawad" Directorate in Amran Governorate.
The Houthi decision stipulates the separation of Harf Sufyan District.
According to the militia's media, the "Al-Qaf" site, located in the "Ghoul Al-Fars" area, was designated as the center of the directorate, as well as its administrative borders.
Observers believe that the Houthi militia has begun to implement these administrative divisions within the framework of what is called radical change, as it aims to restore tribal divisions in the service of its dynastic project.
