The Ministry of Defense and the General Staff announced, on Thursday, the opening of admission and registration in the College of Aviation and Air Defense for the 35th batch for the academic year 2024-2025 at the college headquarters in the city of Marib, starting from Saturday, October 12, until Tuesday, October 15, 2024 AD.
The announcement explained that registration will be through the college’s website ( https://sub.mod-ye-caad.info ) and registration and acceptance will be guaranteed for all members of the armed forces who hold a high school diploma from all governorates of the republic.
The announcement published by the Armed Forces Media Center stated that applicants must meet the following conditions:
1- He must be of Yemeni nationality and have Yemeni parents.
2- He must be a high school graduate, and no more than four academic years must have passed since his graduation, and the percentage must not be less than 75% in science.
3- The applicant must be proficient in using the computer, with proof of this.
4- His level of English should not be less than good.
5- He must not be married, and pledge not to marry throughout the period of study at the college.
6- The applicant must be between 18 and 22 years old.
7- He must be of good conduct and behaviour and no judgment has been issued against him that violates honour or honesty, unless his reputation has been restored.
8- The applicant must not be affiliated with any political party or organization when submitting the application.
9- He must not have been dismissed from any college or from the armed forces for reasons that violate honor and integrity.
10- To meet the requirements of physical fitness, health and mental health, and to successfully pass the medical examinations.
11- The applicant must successfully pass all admission tests, including the body and personal characteristics test.
12- The applicant’s height must not be less than 165 cm.
13- The applicant must bring a file containing the high school application form, the original and a copy of the electronic ID card, and four colored personal photos, size 4*6, with a white background, and the facial features must be clear (without enhancement). If the applicant is from the military units, he must attach to his file a letter from the commander of his unit approving his nomination to study at the college and financial support.
At the end of the announcement, she explained that those who meet the electronic admission requirements must come to the college headquarters with the required documents on Saturday, October 19, until October 21, 2024, for the documents to be examined by the competent committees and for the admission procedures to be completed.
