Consisting of 12 vehicles, Al-Qassam Brigades ambushes an Israeli infantry company in Jabalia

The Ezzedine al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), said that it had ambushed an Israeli mechanized infantry company east of Jabalia camp in the northern Gaza Strip.

Al-Qassam explained that the occupation company consisted of 12 vehicles and a truck loaded with soldiers, and immediately upon arriving at the ambush site, a "Shawaz" explosive device was detonated in the truck loaded with soldiers, and a jeep was targeted with a "tandem" shell.

She added that the Qassam fighters advanced towards the ambush area, and killed the remaining soldiers from "zero distance" with light weapons. They also targeted a number of soldiers who fled the area towards a house with an anti-personnel bomb, killing and wounding them.

The Brigades confirmed that two Israeli Merkava tanks were targeted with a tandem shell and a Shawaaz bomb in the ambush.

The Al-Qassam Brigades also announced that its fighters were able to engage an Israeli special force at "zero distance", killing and wounding some of its members, west of Jabalia camp, north of the Gaza Strip.

Al-Qassam said that it destroyed a Merkava 4 tank with a highly explosive device in the Al-Zahraa neighborhood, west of Jabalia camp, and targeted another Merkava tank with an explosive device near the Civil Defense, also west of Jabalia.

The Al-Qassam Brigades also announced that it had shelled the occupation army forces' gatherings east of Jabalia camp with mortar shells.

In the Al-Tawam area, northwest of Gaza City, the Al-Quds Brigades - the military wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement - announced the sniping of an Israeli soldier.

The Al-Quds Brigades announced the downing of 3 Israeli drones while carrying out intelligence missions in the skies of Khan Yunis, in the Gaza Strip.

These operations come as the Israeli occupation forces target northern Gaza with intensive raids, continue to besiege those areas, and prevent the arrival of fuel and relief supplies, which increases the suffering of hundreds of thousands of Palestinians.
