Marib Police arrest 176 suspects during the third quarter of this year

Ma'rib Governorate Police said that during the third quarter of 2024, it had seized 156 crimes and incidents out of 157 non-criminal crimes and incidents, and had arrested 176 suspects in those crimes out of a total of 200 suspects.

Marib Police stated in a statement published by the Security Media of the Ministry of Interior that the number of victims reached 162 people, 48 of whom died in these crimes and accidents, including 6 women, and 62 others were injured, including 7 women.

She pointed out that 42 crimes and cases were referred to the Public Prosecution, and 45 crimes were referred to the specialized authorities.

She noted that the procedures were stopped in 57 incidents and crimes, while 12 crimes ended in reconciliation and waiver, and one crime is still under investigation.
