Ministry of Justice meeting
The Minister of Justice, Judge Badr Al-Ardah, directed to increase the activation of follow-up procedures and review of the work of secretaries and clerks working in courts and departments.
During his chairing of a meeting with the leadership of the Ministry’s Courts and Documentation Sector, he stressed the importance of completing the administrative structure in the Courts of Appeal in the liberated governorates, the specialized divisions, and the primary courts, forming administrative disciplinary councils, and increasing the activation of oversight and inspection work.
According to Saba News Agency, Al-Arada stressed the need to intensify the work of the control and investigation departments and field inspections to review the level of work performance and job discipline.
The meeting approved a number of proposals and recommendations that ensure avoiding errors and strengthening control and administrative procedures to serve the public interest.
