"Political Writing in the Journalistic Experience" in an expanded meeting of the Islah Party in the capital

On Sunday, the Political Department of the Yemeni Congregation for Reform in the capital Sana'a organized an extensive meeting in which it hosted the writer and author "Jamal An'am", who spoke about political writing based on journalistic experience.

At the beginning of the meeting, which was held in Ma'rib Governorate, the head of the political department, Dr. Abdul Khaliq Al-Samda, welcomed the writer and author Jamal Anam, touching on his literary and journalistic career.

For his part, Anam spoke about the media and its necessity in the lives of peoples and the development of its various means of communication and the daily flow of information, so that these means have become at the heart of political work and among the elements of its success.

Anam pointed out that most politicians and party leaders started their political careers in journalism and journalistic writing in various media outlets.

Anam gave a number of tips and warnings to the members of the political department, stressing the importance of blogging and creating a strong relationship with the visual, audio and written media.

The meeting witnessed a discussion and exchange of views on the political situation in the country, the struggle of the Yemenis against the Houthi coup and its continued control over the Yemeni capital, Sana'a.
