The Yemenia Airlines flight, which was scheduled to depart today, Tuesday, from Sanaa Airport to Queen Alia Airport in the Jordanian capital, Amman, was cancelled.
The flight tracking tool "Flight Radar" showed the Yemeni plane departing from Sana'a airport, before returning again to the airport, without revealing the reason for completing the flight, while sources attributed the reason to the lack of transit permits over Saudi airspace.
Observers linked the reason for canceling the flight to the practices of the Houthi militia and its exploitation of expanding flights from Sanaa Airport, which is mainly for humanitarian reasons, as it changed the route of the previous flight to Amman and operated a secret flight to Rafik Hariri Airport in Beirut to bring in experts from the Lebanese Hezbollah.
