On the 403rd day of the aggression on Gaza, dozens of Palestinians were killed and injured in Israeli raids, most of which were concentrated in the northern part of the Strip, while the Gaza government confirmed that the occupation was practicing a deception operation by allowing very limited aid to enter the Strip under pressure from the international community.

Al Jazeera quoted medical sources as saying that 48 Palestinians were killed in Israeli raids on the Gaza Strip since dawn on Tuesday, including 23 in the northern Gaza Strip.

Palestinians were also injured in an Israeli bombardment that targeted a house in Jabalia al-Nazla, north of the Strip. At the same time, an Israeli drone fired bombs at Kamal Adwan Hospital, north of the Gaza Strip.

In the southern Gaza Strip, 11 Palestinians were killed and others were injured by Israeli drone fire that targeted a motorcycle north of Rafah city. A number of Palestinians were also killed and injured in another bombing that targeted the Musabah area north of Rafah.

For its part, the Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip said that the death toll from the Israeli aggression has risen to 43,665 martyrs and 103,076 injuries since October 7, 2023.

The ministry stated that the Israeli occupation committed 5 massacres against the Palestinians during the past 48 hours, of which 62 martyrs and 147 injuries arrived at hospitals, noting that a number of victims are still under the rubble and in the streets, and ambulance and civil defense crews cannot reach them.

Intensification of the war of extermination

In this regard, the Islamic Resistance Movement "Hamas" considered on Tuesday the Israeli attack on the town of Beit Hanoun in the northern Gaza Strip and the illusion of bringing in limited aid as "an insistence on the war of extermination" that Tel Aviv has been committing against the Palestinians for more than 400 days.

Earlier today, medical sources and eyewitnesses told Anadolu Agency that 13 Palestinians were killed and others were injured in an Israeli bombardment that targeted 3 houses in the town of Beit Hanoun, north of the Gaza Strip.

For his part, the Director General of the Government Media Office in Gaza, Ismail Al-Thawabta, said in statements to the Anadolu Agency that the Israeli army "allows limited entry of aid, but deliberately does not deliver it."

Al-Thawabta explained that the Israeli army does this by “facilitating armed gangs outside the law to steal aid trucks and goods and impose levies without its intervention.”

He added that the Israeli army is at the same time preventing Palestinian police officers and private security companies from securing aid trucks amid threats to target them.

He explained that "this strategy (followed by the army) of facilitating the gangs' theft of aid and obstructing police officers and security companies from securing it reinforces the deliberate policy of starvation against the Palestinians, and confirms that the goal is to get aid in, not to get it there."

The Israeli army has often killed Palestinian police and private security companies while they were securing aid trucks. The army has also killed Palestinian activists while they were distributing the very scarce aid that enters Gaza, where Tel Aviv has besieged some 2.3 million Palestinians for the 18th year in a row.

Al-Thawabta pointed out that "these gangs are active in a geographical area in the southern Gaza Strip where police crews cannot move due to the dangerous security situation imposed by the Israeli occupation army, which contributes to the worsening of the humanitarian situation."

He said, "These gangs move under the eyes of the occupation army, which indicates its implicit approval of their crimes, which are in line with Israeli goals of tightening the siege and reinforcing the policy of deliberate starvation of the Palestinians."

Al-Thawabta continued: “Members of these gangs, some of whom have been previously sentenced to prison, are now exploiting the weak security situation to move around freely.”

He stated that "reports and information obtained by the government in Gaza indicated that members of these gangs coordinate with the Israeli army to find out the locations of aid trucks, their types, and the timing of their movements in order to rob them."

He stressed that "the government has tried from the beginning to address this problem with the outlaw group, and has succeeded to a certain extent, but the problem still exists to this day, and the government is currently seeking to limit these attacks, with relative success in delivering some of these trucks and aid to the Palestinians."

He explained that "many members of these gangs surrendered themselves to government agencies, retracted these actions, and pledged not to repeat this matter, which is in line with the goals of the Israeli occupation and its aggressive policies against the Palestinians."

Al-Thawabta stressed "the government's insistence on continuing by all available means and methods to neutralize this group outside the law in order to ensure that aid reaches those who deserve it," warning those who refuse to respond that "legal action will be taken against them."

With American support, Israel has been committing genocide in Gaza since October 7, 2023, leaving more than 146,000 Palestinians dead and wounded, most of them children and women, and more than 10,000 missing, amid massive destruction and famine that killed dozens of children and the elderly, in one of the worst humanitarian disasters in the world.

Israel continues its massacres, ignoring the UN Security Council resolution to end them immediately, and the International Court of Justice’s orders to take measures to prevent acts of genocide and improve the catastrophic humanitarian situation in Gaza.
