Al-Qassam Brigades announces carrying out a series of operations against the occupation army in northern Gaza

The Palestinian resistance announced today, Tuesday, a series of operations carried out by its fighters, which left a number of dead and wounded among the ranks of the Israeli occupation army in the Gaza Strip.

The Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), said that its fighters targeted a Merkava tank with a suicide bomb, and a D-9 military bulldozer with a tandem missile, in the vicinity of Al-Yassin Mosque in the Tel al-Zaatar neighborhood in the northern Gaza Strip.

In another complex operation, Qassam fighters sniped a soldier and targeted a foot force with two anti-personnel shells, killing and wounding its members in the city of Jabalia, north of the Strip.

They also targeted an Israeli force of 7 soldiers inside a house with an anti-fortification "TPG" shell, and "were eliminated from zero distance with machine guns and hand grenades" near the Uli Al-Azm Mosque in Beit Lahia, north of the Gaza Strip.

Qassam fighters also targeted a Merkava tank with a "Yassin 105" shell, then boarded it, killed its crew, and seized a machine gun from it near Al-Fakhoura School, west of Jabalia camp, according to what the brigades announced via Telegram.

In another operation, a D-9 bulldozer was targeted with a Yassin 105 shell near Shadia Abu Ghazaleh School, west of Jabalia camp.

Al-Qassam also broadcasted two clips, one of which shows its fighters clashing with Israeli vehicles on the incursion axis east of Jabalia camp, and the other shows the targeting of the occupation forces on the Netzarim axis with mortar shells and 107 rockets in cooperation with the forces of the martyr Omar Al-Qassem.

In turn, the Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement, said that its fighters targeted a military bulldozer with a tandem missile in Al-Ajarmah Street in the middle of Jabalia camp.

The Brigades also stated that they, in cooperation with the Martyr Omar Al-Qassam Forces, bombed the Israeli occupation soldiers at the Rashid site on the Netzarim axis.

For its part, the Israeli army confirmed this morning that 4 soldiers from the Kfir Brigade were killed in the battles in the northern Gaza Strip.

Maariv newspaper reported that the four soldiers were killed inside a building that was targeted by an anti-tank missile in Beit Lahia.

The army also admitted that 5 of its soldiers were injured in clashes with the resistance in the Gaza Strip during the past 24 hours, according to Israeli media.

This brings the number of wounded Israeli officers and soldiers to 5,331 since the outbreak of the war on various fronts, 779 of whom are seriously wounded.

Haaretz newspaper indicated that 24 Israeli soldiers were killed in the Gaza Strip since the start of the invasion of Jabalia on October 5.
