Hadramout Governor discusses with the head of the Economic Media Center joint cooperation in the development field

On Saturday, the head of the Center for Economic Studies and Media, Mustafa Nasr, discussed with the Governor of Hadhramaut Governorate, Mabkhout bin Madi, and the head of the Hadhramaut Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Omar Bajrash, ways of joint cooperation between the three parties to support development and investment in Hadhramaut.

During the meeting, Nasr stressed the importance of partnership in developing development initiatives that meet the needs of the governorate and enhance its economic stability. He also pointed out the center’s readiness to provide visions and proposals that contribute to achieving sustainable development in Hadhramaut.

The meeting discussed mechanisms for developing strategic plans to raise the efficiency of institutional work in the trade and development sectors. The importance of providing technical and advisory support to enhance the institutional planning process was emphasized. Nasr highlighted during the meeting the need for partnership in developing development initiatives to meet the governorate's needs and enhance its economic stability.

During the meeting, the mechanisms for developing strategic plans to enhance institutional efficiency in the trade and development sectors were discussed, in addition to providing the necessary technical and advisory support to improve the institutional planning process.

For his part, Bin Madi praised the role of the center and the Chamber of Commerce in providing economic and diagnostic studies, and commended the preparation of the investment opportunities matrix prepared by the center, which highlights the economic potential in Hadhramaut, noting that this cooperation represents an important step towards drawing a future vision for economic development in the governorate.
