Real Madrid recover from stuttering start with hat-trick at Valladolid

Real Madrid recovered from their stumbling start to the season in the Spanish Football League, and achieved their first victory in the competition, after their big 3-0 victory over their guest, Real Valladolid, today, Sunday, in the second stage of the tournament.

At the Santiago Bernabeu stadium in the capital Madrid, and in the absence of English midfielder Jude Bellingham due to injury, and the presence of French stars Kylian Mbappe and Brazilian Vinicius Junior, Uruguayan Federico Valverde and (substitutes) Moroccan Brahim Diaz and promising Brazilian Endrick, wore the robe of excellence in the match, after scoring the goals of the royal team in the 50th, 88th and sixth minutes of stoppage time in the second half, respectively.

Real Madrid (the title holder), who started their campaign in the tournament this season with a 1-1 draw with host Real Mallorca, rose to 4 points in third place, and is gaining good momentum before their match with host Las Palmas in the next stage, next Thursday.

On the other hand, Raul Moro missed a clear opportunity to equalize in the 59th minute, when he received a cross from the right side, and shot directly from inside the area, without being bothered by anyone, but he strangely put the ball far from the goal.

And Goler threatened Valladolid's goal again in the 63rd minute, as he received a cross from the left side, and shot directly from inside the area, but he put the ball in the middle of the goal, for Hein to hold it firmly.

Rodrygo missed a sure chance to add another goal for Real in the 66th minute, when he received a forward pass to be alone in front of the goal from the left side, but he preferred to pass the ball to Vinicius Junior instead of shooting, and the defense cleared it at the right time.

Guler continued his annoying movements for Valladolid's defense, as he passed the ball, dribbling past more than one player before shooting from inside the area in the 68th minute, but Hein was on time.

Real Madrid players continued to waste opportunities, as Mbappe received a creeping cross pass from the left side in the 79th minute through Vinicius, and shot directly from inside the area, but Hein blocked the ball.

Only one minute passed until Mamadou Sylla received a through pass from Salim Amallah, finding himself alone in front of the goal and shooting from the left side of the area, but he recklessly placed the ball next to the right post.

Mbappe wasted another chance for Real in the 86th minute, when he received a forward pass, and started with the ball from the left side, before shooting an inaccurate ball from inside the area, which passed next to the left post.

Brahim Diaz, who came on for Guler, strengthened Real's lead by scoring the second goal in the 88th minute, receiving a wonderful forward pass from Eder Militao, putting himself in a one-on-one position with the goal, and lobbing the ball behind Hein, who came out of his goal to meet him and it went into the net.

Real Madrid took advantage of the confusion that Valladolid players suffered from after the second goal, and Endrick added the third goal for the home team in the sixth minute of stoppage time.

Endrick followed a pass from Diaz, skillfully dribbling past the defense from the left side, and shot from the edge of the area, placing the ball on the ground to the left of Hein, and it entered the net, after which the referee blew the final whistle.
