Closing of the Creativity Conference in Turkey
The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research for the Scholarships Sector, Dr. Mazen Al-Jafri, stressed the Ministry’s interest in Yemeni students, regardless of their specializations, universities, and creativity, and its pride in all their innovations, activities, and scientific production.
This came in his speech, which he delivered during the closing of the activities of the Second Creativity and Innovation Conference in Istanbul, which was organized by the Yemeni Friendship and Cooperation Association in Turkey, in coordination with the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research, and Technical and Vocational Education.
Al-Jafri pointed out, in the conference that was held with the funding and supervision of the International Charitable Organization, the importance of such events that refine student creativity and highlight many scientific productions and creative talents.
The four-day conference witnessed great competition between 166 male and female students who presented their projects and scientific production to compete in four areas: invention and innovation, research papers, creativity and excellence, and creativity and talents.
The event, which was attended by the Yemeni Ambassador to Turkey, Mohammed Saleh Tariq, and the President of the Yemeni Friendship and Cooperation Association, Dr. Ahmed Al-Aqabi, included various activities and artistic segments.
The conference also included a review of the details of the most important scientific projects and student innovations, honoring the winning scientific projects, and crowning the outstanding students who left their mark on scientific and creative ideas and productions that are recognized for their excellence.
