Lahj.. A gunman kills his father and three sisters before committing suicide in Yafa

Today, Thursday, a gunman killed his father and three of his sisters before committing suicide in Lahj Governorate, in the south of the country.

Local sources said that an armed man named "Abdo Badr Al-Ashwal", in his thirties, killed his father and three of his sisters, two in their thirties and the third in her twenties, in the village of "Laqmar Saeed" in the Labous Yafa'a Directorate.

The sources reported that the young man committed suicide with the same weapon, without knowing the reasons, while some sources said that it was the result of a family dispute.

The sources indicated that the security services went to the crime scene, which occurred on Thursday afternoon, and began investigating the incident.

These incidents have increased alarmingly in various Yemeni governorates, due to the ongoing war and the deterioration of living conditions in the country.

A young man in his thirties had killed his wife, her father and two of her brothers as a result of family disputes in Dhamar Governorate last month.
