A young man was killed by his father in a new domestic violence incident in Ibb Governorate

A young man was shot dead by his father in a town in Ibb Governorate (central Yemen), amid increasing domestic violence crimes in the governorate, which is under the control of the terrorist Houthi militia.

Local sources said that a young man named "Mohammed Omar Abdullah Omar Al-Salami" from the people of Al-Dhabari area in the Anamer A'la district in the Jablah district, west of Ibb, was killed by his father's bullets, following a family dispute.

The sources explained that a dispute broke out between the father and his son, and in a moment of anger, the father pulled out a gun and shot his son, killing him, without further details.

This incident is the fourth of its kind to occur in Ibb Governorate, which is under Houthi control, in less than a month, amid a growing increase in criminal crimes of a family nature in light of the overwhelming security chaos.
