The Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), broadcast today, Sunday, scenes of violent clashes and engagement of its fighters with Israeli forces in a complex ambush west of the Jabalia camp in the northern Gaza Strip.

According to the clip, the footage was taken of an operation that took place last Friday, October 18.

The scenes included targeting a special force that had taken refuge inside a house with a TPG shell, directly hitting the house, as well as targeting the troop carrier that carried the special force.

The footage also showed two tanks of the rescue force being targeted, each separately, and showed them being directly hit and set on fire.

The clip also showed Qassam fighters firing heavily at the occupation soldiers who tried to evacuate the dead and wounded from the special force after targeting the building in which they were holed up, as well as withdrawing the vehicles that were targeted.

Earlier, Al-Qassam broadcasted footage of the destruction of an Israeli Merkava tank with a highly explosive device east of Jabalia camp, which was its first gift to the former head of Hamas’s political bureau, Yahya Sinwar, who was martyred last Thursday, October 17, 2024.

The Al-Qassam Brigades in the Gaza Strip have been documenting their operations against Israeli forces and their vehicles on various combat fronts since the start of the Israeli ground operation on October 27, and many details about the operations carried out against the occupation forces appeared in the video clips.

The battalions also set up successful ambushes against the occupation army, inflicting heavy human losses on it, in addition to destroying and damaging hundreds of military vehicles.
