Aden.. Minister of Defense witnesses a military parade by students of the Military College on the occasion of the anniversary of the October 14 Revolution

Today, Wednesday, the Minister of Defense, Lieutenant General Mohsen Al-Daari, witnessed a military parade by students of the Military College in the interim capital, Aden, on the occasion of the 61st anniversary of the glorious October 14 Revolution.

In his speech, attended by the Deputy Chief of General Staff, Major General Ahmed Al-Basr, and the Assistant Minister of Defense, Major General Saleh Hassan, Lieutenant General Al-Daari praised the discipline, readiness and high fitness of the college members.

The Minister of Defense stressed that the armed forces depend heavily on the young generations being prepared in military colleges and institutes, stressing the need for more physical training, scientific and cognitive qualification, and adherence to military rules and regulations to achieve a high level of efficiency and readiness.

Lieutenant General Al-Daari pointed out the great sacrifices made by the armed forces to defend the sovereignty, security and stability of the homeland and confront the Houthi priestly militia, recalling the sacrifices and struggle of the liberation heroes who led the October 14 Revolution until independence was achieved on November 30.

The Minister of Defense also stressed that the military institution will remain the nation's safety valve and protector of its sovereignty and stability at all times and stages.
