Days after his kidnapping, a young man dies under torture in the Giants Forces prisons in Shabwa

A citizen died on Thursday in one of the secret prisons of the Giants Forces affiliated with the UAE-backed Transitional Council in Bayhan District, Shabwa Governorate (southeast Yemen), days after his kidnapping.

Local sources said that the young man, "Mohammed Ali Daman", died in one of the secret prisons of the Giants Forces in Bayhan District, Shabwa Governorate, after being subjected to torture.

The sources added that the forces kidnapped the young man a few days ago, and he died under torture on Thursday, because he refused to testify against Sheikh Abdul Qader Atiq Jabr, whom these forces accuse of practicing magic and sorcery.

Last Saturday, the Giants Forces kidnapped the Sufi Sheikh Abdul Qader Atiq Jabr, and released him hours after his detention, after raiding his house in the city of Bayhan, without disclosing the reason.
