The Media Freedoms Observatory condemned the Houthis' "unacceptable" return to judicial procedures against the four journalists (Abdul Khaleq Omran, Akram Al-Walidi, Tawfiq Al-Mansouri, and Harith Humaid) who were recently released as part of a prisoner exchange deal between the legitimate government and the Houthis under the auspices of the United Nations in April 2023.
