The Gunners team had drawn (2-2) against host Manchester City in the last moments of the fifth round of the Premier League.

It is the Gunners' fourth win in the English Premier League this season, compared to two draws, raising their score to 14 points in third place temporarily, on goal difference behind second-placed Manchester City and one point behind leaders Liverpool.

As for Leicester City, it suffered its third defeat in the local competition this season, compared to three draws, to freeze its balance at 3 points in sixteenth place.

Palmer leads Chelsea to a valuable victory

Cole Palmer led his team Chelsea to overcome the obstacle of its guest Brighton (4-2) and imposed himself as the star of the match by scoring four goals for his team (21 and 28 from a penalty kick and 31 and 41).

Palmer became the second player to score four goals for Chelsea in the Premier League after Frank Lampard.

In contrast, Jorginho Rutter (7) and Carlos Baliba (34) scored Brighton's goals.

This is the fourth win for the Blues in the English Premier League this season, against a draw and a defeat, raising their score to 13 points in fourth place temporarily.

On the other hand, Brighton suffered its first defeat, against two wins and three draws, to freeze its score at 9 points, temporarily in eighth place as well.

In the remaining matches, Everton beat Crystal Palace (2-1) and Fulham beat Nottingham Forest (1-0).

The match between Brentford and West Ham United ended in a 1-1 draw.

In the first match, Newcastle United snatched a valuable draw from its guest, Manchester City, the title holder, with one goal each on Saturday, in the opening of the sixth round of the English Premier League.
