Crystal Palace and Manchester United played out a goalless draw, while Liverpool beat Bournemouth (3-0) and Chelsea continued their good results, today, Saturday, in the fifth round of the English Premier League.

The match between Crystal Palace and its guest Manchester United ended in the fifth round of the English Premier League.

Despite the abundance of scoring opportunities for both sides, the score remained tied (0-0) until the final whistle.

With this result, Manchester United raised its score to 7 points in eleventh place.

Liverpool beat Bournemouth

Liverpool achieved a great victory over its guest, Bournemouth, with three clean goals. Luis Diaz (26 and 28) and Darwin Nunez (37) scored for Liverpool.

This is the Reds' fourth victory in the Premier League this season, compared to one defeat, raising their score to 12 points, temporarily at the top, on goal difference ahead of Manchester City, who face Arsenal on Sunday.

On the other hand, Bournemouth suffered its second loss this season, compared to a win and two draws, to freeze its score at 5 points.

In the same stage, Aston Villa beat Wolverhampton (3-1), Fulham beat Newcastle United (3-1), and Tottenham Hotspur beat Brentford (3-1).

In contrast, Leicester City tied with Everton (1-1) and Southampton tied with Ipswich Town with the same result.

Chelsea beat West Ham

At the opening of the fifth round, Chelsea continued its good results in the English Premier League and achieved victory over its host West Ham with three goals without a response on Saturday in the opening of the fifth stage of the tournament.

Nicolas Jackson put the Blues ahead with two goals in the 4th and 18th minutes, while Cole Palmer scored the third goal in the 47th minute.
