Two Juve players were also substituted before the first quarter of an hour due to injury, namely Brazilian Gleison Bremer 7, and Nicolas Gonzalez 12.
The Old Lady's score became 6 points, while Leipzig suffered its second loss.
Juventus match numbers
Juventus have won their opening two Champions League games for the first time since 2021-22, while it is the first time they have won the competition despite having a player sent off since September 2018 against Valencia (2-0).
Conceicao became the second player to score (1) and assist (1) after coming on as a substitute for Juventus in the Champions League after Marco Di Vaio against Olympiacos in December 2003.
Juventus' Dusan Vlahovic has been involved in five goals in his last five Champions League appearances (3 goals, 2 assists), while five of his seven goals in major European competitions have come away from home.

Michele Di Gregorio became the fourth Juventus goalkeeper to be sent off in the Champions League after Angelo Peruzzi (September 1998), Edwin van der Sar (November 2000) and Gianluigi Buffon (April 2018), more than any other team in the history of the competition.
Meanwhile, the average age of Juventus' starting line-up was 24 years and 269 days, the Old Lady's youngest ever line-up in a Champions League match, and the fourth-youngest ever for an Italian team in the competition.
