A businessman was killed with his son in Sana'a
Local sources said that a businessman was killed yesterday, Saturday, along with his youngest son, by unknown gunmen on Al-Khamasin Street in the capital, Sana'a.
The sources explained that gunmen opened fire on businessman, engineer Fouad Ayed Ali Al-Muslimmani, and his youngest son, while they were in their car in front of Sama Mall on Al-Khamasin Street, killing them instantly.
There were conflicting reports about the reasons behind the crime, with some suggesting that it might be related to a dispute over a piece of land, especially after a court ruling was issued in favor of Al-Muslimmani hours before the incident occurred.
Despite the passage of hours since the crime, the Houthi authorities have not issued any details about it, and this incident has sparked widespread anger and condemnation among citizens and social media activists.
This incident comes amid a major security deterioration in areas controlled by the Houthis, where the recent period has witnessed a significant increase in crime rates and property theft.
