IOM: 55 Yemeni families displaced during the past week

The International Organization for Migration announced the displacement of 55 families during the past week from several Yemeni governorates.
The organization said in its weekly report that its displacement tracking matrix monitored the displacement of 55 families (330 individuals) during the period from August 4 to 10.
She explained that the majority of displacement cases originated from the governorates of Hodeidah, Hajjah, Taiz and Ibb, and moved to Marib (36 families), Hodeidah (18 families) and Taiz (one family).
The report indicated that the total number of displaced persons increased during the period from January 1 to August 10, 2024, to 2,077 families (12,462 individuals).
