Shabwa: A child was killed during clashes between tribal gunmen in Al-Saeed District

A six-year-old girl was killed on Friday during clashes between tribal gunmen in the As-Saeed district of Shabwa governorate, southeast of Yemen.

Local sources told "Yemeni Youth Net" that the child "Nouf Majed Mohammed Ali Al-Duwail Al-Awlaqi", 6 years old, was killed while passing by in her family's car, which happened to be the scene of clashes between tribal gunmen from "Al-Mahrouq" and "Al-Jahshan".

According to sources, a dispute broke out between the two families, before it developed into a shootout between the two parties, which led to the death of the child "Nouf Al-Awlaqi", while she was returning with her family to Ataq, from a picnic in the Al-Sadiya area in Sadr Baras in the Al-Saeed Directorate.

The sources explained that a bullet from one of the limbs hit the child Nouf Majed, and killed her instantly, after it penetrated the family's car, which happened to be passing during the clashes in the area at sunset on Friday.
