"The number of martyrs is terrifying." Fires in the schools of the displaced in Jabalia and hospitals in northern Gaza are out of service

The Director General of the Ministry of Health in Gaza, Munir Al-Barash, confirmed the martyrdom of two patients in the intensive care unit of the Indonesian Hospital in Beit Lahia, after the Israeli occupation forces besieged the hospital and destroyed the electricity generator on which it relied during the power outage.

Earlier, the Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced that the Israeli army had intensified its targeting of the health system in the northern Gaza Strip, in a clear attempt to put it out of service.

The ministry said in a statement that the Israeli occupation is intensifying its targeting of the health system in the northern Gaza Strip, through its siege and direct targeting of the Indonesian, Kamal Adwan and Al-Awda hospitals during the past hours.

Today, Saturday, Israeli tanks penetrated the northern Gaza Strip, reaching the gate of the Indonesian Hospital, besieging the hospital and demolishing part of its walls, according to medical sources to the Anadolu Agency.

The health authorities in Gaza also reported today that the Israeli army bombed the Indonesian Hospital in the northern Gaza Strip and tightened the siege on it, resulting in the injury of more than 40 people.

Hospital director Marwan Sultan said that Israeli tanks are shelling the hospital, completely surrounding the building, cutting off electricity, and targeting the second and third floors with artillery shells, stressing that "there are grave dangers surrounding medical staff and patients."

The hospital director called on all international and UN bodies to intervene immediately to stop this attack targeting medical staff and health facilities that are doing their duty to save the lives of patients and the injured.

Israeli artillery also targeted the upper floors of Al-Awda Hospital three times, injuring a number of medical staff, according to a statement issued by the hospital.

This is accompanied by the occupation's continuation of its siege and raids on the northern Gaza Strip for 15 days, by bombing homes and shelters, and blowing up and destroying entire residential neighborhoods, in addition to preventing the entry of food and water into the area, which has left hundreds of martyrs and wounded in the besieged northern Gaza Strip.

Internet cut

For its part, the Palestinian Telecommunications Company announced today, Saturday, that the Internet has been completely cut off in the northern Gaza Strip governorate, which has been subjected to a genocide operation by the Israeli army for 15 days.

The company (the sole internet service provider in the Strip) added in a statement, "Due to the ongoing Israeli aggression on the northern Gaza Strip, we regret to announce the complete interruption of internet services in the region," after Palestinian media reported that the occupation army had cut off the communications and internet network in the northern Gaza Strip governorate.
