We will continue on his path until the occupation is defeated.. Hamas mourns the martyrdom of Yahya Sinwar
Gaza| 18 October, 2024 - 3:41 PM
The head of the Hamas movement in Gaza, Khalil al-Hayya, announced the martyrdom of the head of the movement's political bureau, Yahya Sinwar, stressing that they will follow in his footsteps in confronting the occupation until it is defeated.
The following is the text of Khalil Al-Hayya's speech:
{Among the believers are men true to what they promised Allah. Among them is he who has fulfilled his vow [to the death], and among them is he who awaits [his chance], and they did not alter [the terms of their commitment] by any alteration.}
With all the meanings of pride, dignity, honor and dignity, the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas mourns to our Palestinian people, to our entire nation and to the free people of the world, one of the noblest and bravest men, a man who dedicated his life for Palestine and gave his soul for the sake of God on the path to its liberation. He spoke the truth to God and God spoke the truth to him, and chose him as a martyr along with his martyred brothers who preceded him:
We mourn the great national leader, the martyred mujahid brother Yahya al-Sinour (Abu Ibrahim); head of the political bureau of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) and commander of the Battle of the Flood of Al-Aqsa, who ascended as a heroic martyr, advancing and not retreating, brandishing his weapon, engaging and confronting the occupation army at the forefront of the ranks, moving between all the combat positions, steadfast and firm on the land of proud Gaza, defending the land of Palestine and its holy sites, and inspiring in kindling the spirit of steadfastness, patience, steadfastness and resistance.
Sons of our great people, our Arab and Islamic nation, free people of the world.
We say to those who mourn the occupation prisoners held by the resistance that these prisoners will not return unless the aggression on Gaza stops, the withdrawal from it is stopped, and our heroic prisoners are released from the occupation prisons.
We are continuing with the approach of Hamas and the spirit of the Al-Aqsa Flood. Its embers will remain burning brightly, pulsating with life in the souls of our people. We are committed to your covenant, Abu Ibrahim, and your banner will not fall, but will remain fluttering high.
Peace be upon you, Abu Ibrahim, the ascetic, devout and pious man.
Peace be upon you as a prisoner, peace be upon you as a fighter, peace be upon you as a martyr
Peace be upon you, as history will record that you wrote the first line in the war of liberation and the end of the occupation.
May God have mercy on you and grant you the highest paradise with the prophets, the truthful, the martyrs, and the righteous. What excellent companions they are!
It is a struggle, victory or martyrdom
