Barcelona crushes Sevilla with five goals, and Atletico Madrid defeats Leganes with three goals

Barcelona achieved a great victory over its guest, Sevilla, with five goals to one, on Sunday, within the framework of the tenth round of the Spanish Football League.

Robert Lewandowski opened the scoring from a penalty kick in the 24th minute, Pedri added the second goal in the 28th minute, then Lewandowski returned and scored the third goal in the 39th minute.

The match became more exciting as it entered its final minutes, as Pablo Torre managed to score Barcelona's fourth and fifth goals in the 82nd and 88th minutes, respectively, while Santis Idumbu scored Sevilla's only goal in the 87th minute.

Barcelona raised its score to 27 points, strengthening its lead by 3 points over second-placed Real Madrid, while Sevilla's score froze at 12 points in thirteenth place.

Meanwhile, Atletico Madrid turned a one-goal deficit into a 3-1 win over visiting Leganes.

Leganes took the lead through a goal scored by Yvan Nyu in the 34th minute before the home team equalized through striker Alexander Sorloth in the 69th minute. In the 81st minute, Antoine Griezmann put Atletico Madrid ahead after scoring the second goal.

Norwegian striker Sorloth came back and sealed Atletico's victory in the match and the three points after scoring the third goal in the 90+9 minute.
