Ambassador Al-Saadi discusses developments in Yemen with the President of the UN Security Council

Yemen's Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Ambassador Abdullah Al-Saadi, discussed today with the President of the UN Security Council for the month of October, Ambassador Pascale Berriswell, the developments in the situation in Yemen.
The Yemeni News Agency (Saba) said that Al-Saadi discussed with Bereswill, the permanent representative of the Swiss Confederation to the United Nations, bilateral relations between the two friendly countries, and developments in the political, economic and humanitarian situations in Yemen.
She added that the two sides reviewed efforts to achieve peace and ways to enhance security and stability in the region.
The Security Council is scheduled to hold its monthly briefing on the situation in Yemen next Tuesday, October 15, 2024.
