Former Shabwa Governor Mohammed bin Adio
Former Shabwa Governor and Advisor to the President of the Republic, Mohammed Saleh bin Adio, said that national institutions are the most powerful weapon with which the Yemenis fought their battle, and weakening them is a grave mistake, referring to the weakening of the governorate’s special security forces.
Bin Adio explained in a post on his page on the “X” platform, that “the people of Yemen today are firmly convinced that salvation from the state of misery in which they live begins with the existence of state institutions that they can rely on and take shelter under, that express them, to which they belong, that look after their interests and to which they maintain loyalty.”
He added, "National institutions were the most powerful weapon with which the Yemenis fought their battle, and time proves that weakening these institutions is a grave mistake, and that national awareness has become more mature today about the importance of restoring their role."
He stressed that "the responsibility is great on all the sons and elites of the nation to direct the compass towards this goal, which shortens the time and cost of getting out of the predicament that the nation is experiencing."
This comes in light of the state of security chaos witnessed by the governorate under the control of the UAE-backed Transitional Council.
