Today, Saturday, the Executive Office of the Yemeni Congregation for Reform in Al Mahrah Governorate held an artistic and rhetorical celebration on the occasion of the thirty-fourth anniversary of the founding of the party, and the Yemeni Revolution holidays of September 26, October 14, and November 30.

The Undersecretary of Al Mahrah Governorate, Hussein Al Masaadi, stressed that the current stage requires all national forces to unite ranks towards the fateful battle, and to liberate the remaining governorates from the control of the Iranian-backed Houthi militias.

Al-Masoudi congratulated the Yemeni Islah Party on the anniversary of its founding, noting that unifying the national forces in the province will push the wheel of development towards progress and preserve its security and stability, according to what was reported by the Islah Net website, the party’s mouthpiece.

For his part, the head of the executive office of the Islah Party in Al Mahrah, Salem Al Saqqaf, said that the Islah Party continues to support the efforts of the local authority in the governorate, in preserving the state’s civil and military institutions, imposing their prestige, and keeping the governorate away from any conflict.

He praised the positive role of all components in maintaining the security and stability of the governorate and keeping it away from the phenomenon of religious extremism that may generate more internal division.

During his speech at the ceremony, he said that Yemenis are living in extremely complex circumstances, due to the Houthi militias continuing their coup against state institutions and their attempts to set the country back by inciting class and regional strife and destroying political life.

Al-Saqqaf noted the necessity for the government to support the national army and the popular resistance, stressing the importance of unifying all forces towards the fateful battle to restore state institutions from the Houthi coup.

The head of the Mahra Islah Party pointed out that he was and will remain a defender of national constants, keen on national unity, and striving to achieve the aspirations of the Yemeni people in building a stable and secure homeland.

He praised the struggles of the National Army and the popular resistance to defeat the coup, appreciating the efforts of the Arab coalition, led by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which stood by the Yemenis in these difficult circumstances that the country is going through.

The head of the Mahra Reform Party explained that the suffering that the citizen is experiencing these days as a result of the rise in the national currency, and the resulting rise in the prices of basic commodities, requires the government and the Presidential Council to work to find urgent solutions, save what can be saved, and find solutions to the economic crisis.

He renewed the Islah's solidarity with the Palestinian people and their cause, condemning the ongoing brutal aggression on the Gaza Strip, and supporting the steadfastness of the Palestinian people and their resistance in the face of the brutal aggression of the Zionist occupation.

In the women’s speech, the head of the Women’s Department in the Executive Office of the Islah Party in Al Mahrah, Samira Salem, explained that the Yemenis celebrate the September and October revolutions, while the Houthi coup seeks to obliterate its goals and features and restore the Imamate to consecrate lineage, ignorance and backwardness, and to plant classism in our society, indifferent to the pain and suffering of the citizens.

She pointed out that the reformist woman had a struggle role in resisting the coup and the crimes and violations of the Houthi militias. She is a mother or daughter of a martyr, male or female, in the face of that priestly arrogance, as she is today a fighter in all political and cultural fields, and present in all forums to express her aspirations and goals in restoring the state and the status of Yemen and its international and regional presence.
