On Sunday, a number of civilians were injured by Houthi militia bullets while resisting the Houthi leadership's attempts to control their lands in Al-Maraw'ah District, south of Al-Hodeidah Governorate, in the west of the country.

Media sources reported that the Houthi leader, nicknamed "Abu Taha Al-Madani", seized, bulldozed and fenced off lands with an area of 250 Ma'ad (one million and one hundred thousand square meters).

Journalist "Baseem Janani" posted on his page on the "X" platform video clips of a Houthi campaign shooting and assaulting residents in the village of Al-Yawmain in the Al-Maraw'ah Directorate near the industrial zone in Hodeidah.

According to Al-Janani, several injuries occurred among the residents who resisted the Houthi campaign with live bullets, including a person named "Abdul Aziz Younis Ahmed", while the Houthi campaign is still ongoing to complete the looting and fencing.

The report of the International Sanctions Experts Panel stated in its report last year that the Houthi militia had seized real estate worth hundreds of millions of dollars in Hodeidah for the benefit of the militia leader Abdul Majeed al-Houthi.
