As the Israeli aggression on Gaza entered its 394th day, 32 Palestinians were killed in the occupation's raids on the Strip. At the same time, the Civil Defense appealed to work to enable it to reach the northern Strip, while an investigation by the Associated Press revealed that the occupation did not provide any evidence of the presence of Hamas in the Strip's hospitals.

The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced, on Sunday, that the death toll from the genocide committed by Israel against the Palestinians has risen to "43,341 martyrs and 102,105 wounded" since October 7, 2023.

The ministry's statistical report on the number of victims of the Israeli aggression said, "The Israeli occupation committed 4 massacres within 24 hours against families in the Gaza Strip, of which 27 martyrs and 86 wounded arrived at hospitals," adding, "A number of victims are still under the rubble and on the roads, and ambulance and civil defense crews cannot reach them."

For its part, the Civil Defense Authority in the Gaza Strip announced on Sunday that more than 100,000 Palestinians in the northern Gaza Strip, which has been witnessing Israeli genocide and ethnic cleansing for 30 days, are suffering without food, water, and medicine, while their homes and shelters are being bombed over their heads.

"For about a month, more than 100,000 Palestinians have been without food, drink and medicine, and all of them are in dire need of the necessities of life," said Mahmoud Basal, a spokesman for the Civil Defense, in a statement, adding, "The Israeli army continues around the clock to bomb inhabited homes."

He continued: "The medical system and civil defense are out of service and the Israeli army does not allow rescue operations and the recovery of victims," calling on the international community "to provide assistance to humanitarian service providers and enable them to perform their duties in accordance with applicable humanitarian laws."

The population of the North Gaza Governorate, which consists of the towns of Jabalia, Beit Lahia and Beit Hanoun, was about 200,000 citizens, but due to forced displacement and genocide, the remaining number decreased to about 100,000, while the rest were forcibly displaced to the Gaza City Governorate, which is closer to the north.

Earlier today, the Ministry of Health in Gaza appealed to international organizations to send medical and surgical delegations and facilitate their access to hospitals in northern Gaza.

In a related context, the Associated Press revealed on Sunday that "Israel has not provided any evidence of the presence of Hamas fighters in the hospitals targeted in the Gaza Strip in many cases."

This came in an investigation conducted by the American agency over the course of months, during which it collected testimonies about the Israeli raids that targeted Al-Awda, Al-Indonesian, and Kamal Adwan hospitals in the Gaza Strip, including interviews with more than 30 patients, witnesses, and workers in the medical and humanitarian fields, in addition to Israeli officials.

The investigation concluded that "Israel provided little evidence of the presence of Hamas fighters in those cases."

The Associated Press reported that the Israeli military spokesman's office declined to comment on a list of incidents related to Israeli attacks on hospitals in the Gaza Strip. The agency quoted the office as saying that it "cannot comment on specific incidents."

Since the beginning of the war on the Gaza Strip on October 7, the Israeli army has deliberately targeted Gaza’s hospitals and health system, putting them out of service, endangering the lives of patients and the wounded, according to Palestinian and international data.

In the last month, the Israeli army has bombed several times the Kamal Adwan, Al-Awda, Indonesian and Al-Yaman Al-Saeed hospitals in the northern Gaza Strip, as part of a campaign of genocide that it has been carrying out in the region for 30 days.

On October 26, the Israeli army withdrew from Kamal Adwan Hospital in northern Gaza, after storming it for two days, leaving behind dead and wounded Palestinians and widespread destruction inside and outside it after storming it on Friday.

During its storming of the hospital, the army detained hundreds of patients, medical staff and displaced persons inside, and subjected its director, Dr. Hussam Abu Safia, to investigation.

With American support, Israel has been waging a genocide on Gaza since October 7, 2023, leaving more than 145,000 Palestinians dead and wounded, most of them children and women, and more than 10,000 missing, amid massive destruction and famine that killed dozens of children and the elderly, in one of the worst humanitarian disasters in the world.

Israel continues its massacres, ignoring the UN Security Council resolution to end them immediately, and the International Court of Justice’s orders to take measures to prevent acts of genocide and improve the catastrophic humanitarian situation in Gaza.
