The occupation raid on Ain Shams camp that targeted Palestinian youth
The Israeli occupation army assassinated 5 Palestinians on Monday evening in a bombing with two missiles that targeted a house in the Nour Shams camp in Tulkarm, north of the West Bank.
The Ministry of Health said in a brief statement that “5 martyrs arrived at Tulkarm Governmental Hospital as a result of the occupation’s bombing of Nour Shams camp.”
Eyewitnesses said, "The sound of a huge explosion was heard in the camp, followed by columns of smoke rising from one of the houses."
Palestinian activists circulated video clips showing a number of martyrs, including children.

In contrast, the Israeli army acknowledged that a drone bombed the Nour Shams camp in Tulkarm.
“A drone attacked an operations room in the Nour Shams area a short while ago. More details later,” he said in a statement on the X platform.
For its part, the official broadcasting authority said: “An Israeli army drone attacked an operations room near Tulkarm,” killing 5 Palestinians.
In addition, the Palestinian Ministry of Health announced, on Monday/Tuesday night, the martyrdom of a Palestinian citizen by the bullets of terrorist settlers in the village of Wadi Rahhal, south of Bethlehem.
The ministry added in a statement that citizen Khalil Salem Khalawi (40 years old) died of his wounds from settlers' bullets in the village, in addition to three others being moderately injured.
Voice of Palestine Radio (governmental) said that settlers stormed the village of Wadi Rahhal and opened fire at citizens' homes.

The head of Wadi Rahal village council, Hamdi Ziyada, reported that Israeli settlers attacked citizens’ homes near the boys’ school, while firing live ammunition, which resulted in four citizens being injured in their lower limbs. They were then transferred to the hospital, and their condition was described as stable, according to the Palestinian News Agency (WAFA).
Ziyada added that the occupation forces stormed the village to provide protection for the settlers, and fired sound bombs and toxic gas at the citizens, which led to dozens of suffocation cases.
With the martyrdom of the five Palestinians, the number of those killed by the Israeli army in the West Bank has risen to 651, in addition to about 5,400 wounded, since the army expanded its operations in the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, coinciding with the start of the devastating war on the Gaza Strip on October 7, 2023, according to official Palestinian data.
With American support, Israel waged a devastating war on Gaza, leaving about 134,000 dead and wounded, most of them children and women, and more than 10,000 missing, amidst massive destruction and deadly famine.
In contempt of the international community, Israel continues the war, ignoring the UN Security Council resolution calling for an immediate halt, and the International Court of Justice’s orders to take measures to prevent acts of genocide and to improve the catastrophic humanitarian situation in Gaza.
