Activists circulated clips showing the continued fire in the fuel tanks of the current power station.

On Saturday, the Houthi group announced that it "targeted Ben Gurion International Airport, southeast of Tel Aviv, in central Israel, with a ballistic missile, as Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was arriving from New York."

Earlier on Sunday, the Israeli Army Radio announced, via the "X" platform, that Israeli warplanes launched a raid on the port of Hodeidah.

She said: "An attack in Yemen on the port of Hodeidah after the Houthis launched ballistic missiles at Gush Dan (Greater Tel Aviv) 3 times in the past two weeks."

The Israeli Broadcasting Authority (official) also reported that the Israeli army also attacked Hodeidah Airport, its electricity company, and another port in the city of Ras Issa in the same governorate.

The Israeli website, Jerusalem Post, quoted sources as saying that the Israeli army carried out the strongest strike against the Houthis in Yemen since the beginning of the war.

Israeli sources said that today's Israeli army strike exceeded the massive strike on Hodeidah last July.

Channel 12 (private) broadcast a photo that it said was of a fire that broke out in the port of Hodeidah, following the Israeli attack.

In July, Israeli warplanes attacked the port of Hodeidah and its electricity company, in response to the launch of a missile towards Tel Aviv at the time, which led to the death of an Israeli and the injury of others.
