On Monday, the Yemeni government condemned in the strongest terms the Zionist entity's aggression on the city of Hodeidah, which is under the control of the Houthi militias, considering it a new violation of the sovereignty of Yemeni lands, and a clear violation of all international laws and norms.
This came in a statement by a responsible source in the government, published by the Yemeni News Agency "Saba", after the aggression that targeted Hodeidah, which resulted in the deaths of 4 people and dozens of injuries.
The source held the Zionist entity fully responsible for any repercussions resulting from its new air strikes, including deepening the humanitarian crisis exacerbated by the Houthi militias’ terrorist attacks on oil facilities and international shipping lines with the support of the Iranian regime.
He renewed his warning to the Iranian regime, its agent militias, and the Zionist entity of the danger of dragging the region into further escalation and turning its lands into an arena for their futile wars and destructive projects.
The source also renewed its call to the international community to assume its responsibilities in order to protect international peace and security, and spare the peoples of the region further calamities and tragedies.
Yesterday evening, Sunday, the Israeli occupation army launched air strikes targeting the ports of Hodeidah and Ras Issa, and the Al-Kathib and Al-Hali power stations.
The occupation army said that it attacked "power stations and a seaport used to transport weapons," noting that the attack came in response to recent attacks carried out by the Houthis against Israel.
