Saada: Yemen Youth Net
The Houthi militia kidnapped a Yemeni employee working for an international organization in Saada Governorate, north of the country.
Identical press and human rights sources said on Sunday that the Houthi militia kidnapped a Yemeni employee working for Oxfam International in Saada Governorate.
This is the second kidnapping of international organization employees by the Houthi militia within two days, after the kidnapping of the employee "Abdullah Al-Baydani", who works as an IT department official at the World Food Program ( WFP ) of the United Nations, the day before yesterday.
Since the end of last June, the terrorist Houthi militia has launched a wide-scale kidnapping campaign that has targeted more than 70 Yemeni employees of UN, international and non-governmental agencies, including women.
Despite repeated UN appeals demanding their immediate release, the militia continued its campaign of repression, disregarding the dire consequences of these campaigns, which UN and international organizations say will hinder the flow of aid to those in need and exacerbate the country's severe food security crisis.
