Islah Party on its 34th founding anniversary
In this regard, activist Mohammed Mohsen Yaqoub said that fighting the Imamate and warning against its danger has been the intellectual battle of Islah since its founding, noting that the Islah Party, its leadership and bases, realized the danger of Imami thought and worked to resist it intellectually, educate Yemenis about its dangers, expose it, and expose its behavior and crimes.
Yaqoub added in a post on his Facebook page, "With the announcement of the establishment of the Yemeni Islah Party, on September 13, 1990, the party's goals emerged inspired by the principles of the September 26 Revolution, with regard to the republic, democracy, the army, freedom, peaceful struggle, and commitment to the system and the constitution."
He continued: "In the fifth goal of the Islah Party, it talks about democracy and the peaceful transfer of power, "practicing true democracy in society to guarantee the peaceful transfer of power and rejecting tyranny," in reference to the warning against the return of the "Imamate" or its remnants."
He stressed that fearing the danger of the racist "Imami" project, the Islah Party, as an idea and a party, harnessed its available cultural, scientific and media means to combat that sectarian and racist priestly thought and succeeded to a large extent, as everyone testifies, in containing the project in the various governorates of Yemen, all the way to its lair." According to his expression.
Reform and the national project
Under this title, journalist and political activist Walid Al-Jabzi confirmed that “the Islah Party remains the party on which the flag of the Republic relies, because it has presented many of its leaders and members as martyrs for the sake of the Republic, legitimacy, and unity.”
He added in a post on his Facebook page: “Since the party was founded on September 13, 1990, it has remained proud of its members and supporters. When everyone abandoned the country, Islah stood with pride and dignity, offering martyr after martyr in order to defend the soil of this country.”
Walid Al-Jabzi continued, "When conspiracies and betrayals increased, Al-Islah was the only one with a national project that rejected narrow, racial, and regional projects, because it taught its members that the homeland and the republic are the only project that accommodates all the people of Yemen."
He pointed out that the slogan of reform is: "He who divides is never one of us, he who tears apart is never one of us."
Life style
The singer Abdulrahman Qallalah described the Islah Party as “an idea, and an idea never dies,” stressing that “Islah is not just a flag that we sanctify or a tribe that we belong to and are fanatical about,” but rather “Islah is a way of life, an idea that we belong to and love, and we strive to embody in our lives.”
For his part, activist Osama Hamid said, "We in Islah knew when we took its path that we were not going to City Mart, nor to Panda markets. We took the path of Islah and we know that its path is difficult! And long! And we are ready to pay the price no matter how high it is."
He added: "No matter how much the sons of Islah cut the knives of conspiracy, the Sunni approach will remain their project, and defending the homeland will remain their choice. They are prepared to pay the price no matter the price, and it will be a cause that fathers inherit for their sons to complete the path."
As for the activist Munir Al-Mahjari, he commented on this occasion, saying: “The Islah Party is Yemeni in origin, republican in its inclinations, September in its identity, unified in its vision, moderate in its idea and approach, and innovative in its means. So peace be upon you on your 34th birthday, and peace be upon all your members, supporters, and fans.”
The origin of the renewed giving
In turn, the activist known as "Heiba Yamaniah" said, commenting on the anniversary of the founding of the Islah Party, "Thirty-four years have passed since the dawn of the Islah Party rose, and the sun of its presence shone. The nation shone with light and goodness, and light crowned the summits of its mountains, plains, and valleys."
He added, "Reform was the origin of the renewed giving with values, and its sea brimming with great principles. It was the sun of its light, the dawn of its happy days, and its shining star of guidance in the midst of the darkness spreading around it. Reform will remain the beacon of the people's hopes, the guide of their yearnings and aspirations, and the path of all those who are determined to liberate and build the state and the homeland."
Reform when it writes about itself
Activist Abdullah Abu Saad said, “Many have written about the reform, but the most honest one who wrote was the reform itself: with the ink of its journalists and writers, enlightenment and awareness, the chalk of its sheikhs and teachers, education and upbringing, the sweat of its workers and volunteers, sponsorship and development, and the blood of its martyrs and wounded, sacrifice and devotion. They continue to write criticism and praise, and it continues to write struggle and toil.”
On this occasion, activist Ibtihal Al-Qudsi said, “Whenever the sun of reform appears on the horizon, feelings of pride, honor, and dignity overflow within us, a feeling that only the sons of this immortal idea know the taste of, who have traversed mountains, plains, and deserts with it, until persecutions, detentions, and exile became a fate that haunts many of them.”
She added, "Despite all that, you are surprised that they remain faithful to the covenant, so that Islah remains a group of hearts led by values." As she described it.
