He also noted the responsibility that falls on the international community, the importance of supporting the Leadership Council and the government, providing the national army with elements of strength to confront dangers, transforming the liberated areas into a workshop to get out of the state of economic complications and woes, and strengthening the position of the Central Bank to protect the national currency.

Majali also condemned the brutal crimes committed by the Israeli entity against citizens in the Gaza Strip and Lebanon, and the indiscriminate destruction of residential buildings and civilian facilities, in crimes that contravene international humanitarian law and the protection of vulnerable groups.

The member of the Presidential Leadership Council stressed the need for the international community and Britain to pressure them to stop the Zionist arrogance that destroys all the elements of life and continues to provoke Arabs and Muslims.

In turn, the UK Ambassador to Yemen, Abda Sharif, expressed her country's continued provision of full support to the Leadership Council and the government to overcome challenges, and work to build and support the economic and political system in Yemen through regional and international partners.
