Al-Alimi welcomes the meeting of "Tareq Saleh and Al-Zubaidi" and describes it as a "healthy sign in the body of the state"

Member of the Presidential Leadership Council, Dr. Abdullah Al-Alimi, welcomed the meeting of members of the Presidential Council, Tariq Saleh, Head of the Political Bureau of the National Resistance, and Aidarous Al-Zubaidi, Head of the Southern Transitional Council.

In a tweet on the “X” platform, Al-Alimi expressed his pride in “such meetings that enhance unity of speech and cohesion of the national ranks.”

He stressed that "every meeting or dialogue, whether limited or extensive, is a healthy sign in the body of the state, and just as differences of opinion, no matter how large, are a healthy phenomenon, working to bridge them is the natural and correct position."

Al-Alimi stressed that Aidarous and Tariq Saleh, "through their solid leadership of their components, constitute one of the most important pillars of national construction."

He reiterated, "The magnitude of the challenges facing our country requires everyone to work within a national framework that unites the word, unifies the ranks, and responds to the aspirations and national ambitions of our people."

Tariq Saleh and Al-Zubaidi held an extended meeting, the first between them, in the UAE capital, Abu Dhabi, where they stressed “the necessity of continuing effective communication and coordination on various related files and issues, and forming a communication and coordination committee to follow up on developments,” according to the media outlets of both parties.

I salute and welcome the meeting of the brothers in the Southern Transitional Council and the Political Bureau of the National Resistance, and I bless and take pride in such meetings that enhance unity of speech and cohesion of the national ranks.
