A Yemeni doctor and his mother were martyred in an Israeli raid on Lebanon

A Yemeni doctor and his mother were martyred as a result of the Zionist enemy's bombing of Lebanon during the past hours.

The former Yemeni diplomat at the Yemeni embassy in Beirut, Abdul Rahman Al-Ashwal, said today, Saturday, that Dr. Ali Al-Hajj was martyred with his mother as a result of an Israeli bombardment that targeted his mother’s house in the village of Al-Rafid, in the Western Bekaa region.

Al-Ashoul stated that the Israeli bombing, in which Hajj, his mother, and a number of civilians were killed, targeted residential homes in a Sunni rural area far from the border with the Palestinian territories, and in which there were no Hezbollah elements or camps.

According to Al-Ashoul, Dr. Ali Al-Hajj is the eldest among his brothers, Qasim and Ahmed, and his father is Yemeni and belongs to the Yarim District in Ibb Governorate, and his mother is Lebanese.

Yemenis residing in Lebanon are suffering from difficult conditions, with the intensification of brutal Israeli attacks, and in light of the impossibility of air evacuation operations that the Yemeni embassy was working on, amid the ongoing search for alternatives to land evacuation via Syria and Jordan.
