Director of Moral Guidance denies issuing directives regarding the September 26 Revolution and the events of the Lebanon War

The Director of the Moral Guidance Department in the Yemeni Armed Forces, Brigadier General Ahmed Al-Ashoul, denied on Sunday the issuance of any directives regarding the September 26 Revolution, the events of the recent Lebanon War, and the killing of Hassan Nasrallah.

Brigadier General Al-Ashoul told the Ministry of Defense website, September Net, that the document published on social media platforms in the name of the Moral Guidance Department is forged and has no connection to the department, neither directly nor indirectly, and that whoever published it bears responsibility for it.

Brigadier General Al-Ashwal called on journalists and activists on social media to verify accuracy and credibility and obtain information from official sources, stressing the need not to be drawn into rumors issued by suspicious Houthi kitchens.

He explained that these malicious rumours are being spread by parties that are annoyed by the public momentum and the great popular celebration that the September 26 Revolution enjoyed on its sixty-second anniversary, and their aim is to offend the armed forces in general, and the Moral Guidance Department in particular.

The Director of the Moral Guidance Department confirmed that the Yemeni people know their enemies well, and that they view Hassan Nasrallah as they view Abdul-Malik al-Houthi.
