Aden Reform stresses the necessity of restoring effective political work in the liberated governorates

The Executive Office of the Yemeni Congregation for Reform in Aden Governorate stressed, on Friday, the necessity of restoring effective political work in the liberated governorates, especially the temporary capital, Aden, the city of diversity and peace.

This came in a congratulatory message sent by the office to the members and cadres of the Islah Party on the occasion of the 34th anniversary of the founding of the Yemeni Islah Congregation, which falls on September 13 of each year.

Aden Islah stressed its call for the release of all detained and disappeared Islah leaders and members, and all political detainees and prisoners who have been unjustly and aggressively disappeared, and to end the state of tampering with restricting people’s freedoms and persisting in crime.

He reiterated that "the assassinations that targeted party cadres will not be subject to a statute of limitations," calling on "the concerned security services to reveal who is behind them, and all the assassinations that the people of Aden have been subjected to during the past period since 2016."

Islah Aden said: "On this occasion, we remember our righteous martyrs who died for the sake of liberation, and all the wounded."

The Islah Party in Aden stressed that "the Islah members, along with all the people of Aden, have shed their blood in order to preserve a homeland that embraces all its people, the homeland of the October 14 and September 26 revolutions."

On this occasion, Aden Reform renewed its "determination to move forward in order to preserve the homeland of October and September as free, proud and independent forever."

The Islah Party celebrated its founding anniversary on Friday, which witnessed great interaction on social media to remind people of the party’s role in rooting political work, confronting Imami thought, and preserving the homeland.
